RTA has announced that during Ramadan 2013 the frequency of Dubai Metro would be reduced compared to the normal schedules.
This is because during the month of Ramadan, people tend to stay more at home with family especially during evenings. Also the believers stick to prayers and mosques during this Holy month which reduces the metro usage.
The exact timing for the Month of Ramadan is yet to be announced.

Sharjah Public Parking Timing Ramadan 2013
Sharjah Municipality has announced the Public Paid parking timing for the 2013 Holy month of Ramadan.
8am to 1pm
and
7pm up to midnight.
The municipality has also announced the timing for some of the government departments:
The public health clinic
9am until 2pm
and
9pm to 11pm
Sharjah National Park
8am to midnight
Residential parks
8pm to midnight
Leasing contract attestation services - Directorate of leasing regulatory
9am to 5pm
Leasing contract attestation services - All other locations
9am to 2pm.
